I am passionate about weight loss, preventative health and sports nutrition, while maintaining a food first philosophy, with a focus on personalised diets.
It is important to feel energetic and happy while maintaining a healthy mind and body and at the same time enjoying and looking forward to meals. This is achieved by educating the client to shop, cook and eat for a healthier future. The goal is for my client to leave the clinic with a diet and lifestyle plan that helps maintain results in the long term.
