From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness. The receptionists are incredibly welcoming, and their positive energy completely brightened my day. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and professionalism in one place. They made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, and were attentive to every detail. Their approach is truly customer-focused, and you can tell they love what they do. It really sets the tone for the entire visit, and it’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a positive, caring atmosphere for everyone. Dr Aditya was excellent. Late appointment for my teen daughter with varied but vague symptoms, and he ordered the tests Dr Google recommended without me asking for them, as well as several others that Dr Google hadn’t considered. I was very impressed with his professionalism, care and breadth of knowledge. We will be back.

Great! Easy to book via HotDoc. The receptionists were nice. My doctor was lovely and understanding. She explained things easily and then prescribed the medication I needed. It was then easy to go to the chemist next door to get the medication.

SmartClinic are very friendly and professional. Both Nurses and the doctor I saw gave me excellent information and treatment.

Just transferred to this clinic from a Smart clinic Northside. As with all good health providers i felt they encouraged proactive interaction on my part and so i was happy with my initial visit. I asked for a flu vaccine appointment and was accommodated on the day with a short wait only. Medical file transfer was easy. Great helpful staff, good team and large well run practice. 😀
