Dr Masa Safari is welcoming new patients and provides comprehensive GP care for patients of all ages.

Originally from Canada, Dr Safari completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Ontario before relocating to Australia to study medicine. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from James Cook University in North Queensland and completed her junior doctor training across a range of medical and surgical specialties at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. She also spent time working as a locum doctor in hospitals across Australia, gaining broad clinical experience in a variety of healthcare settings.

Dr Safari has a special interest in skin cancer medicine, including skin cancer checks, treatment and excisions, as well as the management of skin injuries and acne. She also enjoys providing women’s health care, immunisations and iron infusions.

Dr Safari is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and takes the time to understand each patient’s individual health needs and support their long-term wellbeing.
