Dr Chris Kan

Dr Kan has been practising as a GP for over 30 years and who has a special interest in family care. He gained his medical qualifications and training in Brisbane and has been practising at the same Sherwood Surgery for 30 years prior to joining SmartClinics Corinda.

Family medicine is his greatest joy and he has many patients from all 3 generations of the one family and even a few from 4 generations! Dr Kan takes his time to really get to know his patients, sometimes so well that they begin to feel like an extended family to him.

Dr Kan is also a dedicated family man being married with 3 boys. Away from the clinic he enjoys reading and going to musical theatre.
