Appointment information for all patients:
– Initial appointment fee – 1 hr- $250. Enhance Primary Care (EPC) patients will receive a $54.60 rebate.
– Subsequent appointment fee – 1 hr- $193.99. Enhance Primary Care (EPC) patients will receive a $54.60 rebate.
