The GPs at this practice operate Mixed Billing, and a fee is payable on the day for most consultations, including telehealth.

Following the announcement of the 2024-2025 Federal Budget and the Government’s lack of investment in General Practice, consultation fees will slightly increase on 1st June. This is due to the ongoing discrepancy between the cost of operating a general practice clinic and low increases to the Federal Government’s Medicare rebates. This decision has not been made lightly and is necessary to continue to provide high-quality health care to our local community. If you have concerns or questions regarding fees, please speak with our reception team.

After hours appointments

There are a number of SmartClinics Family Medical Centres around Queensland which remain open late and on the weekend when most other medical centres are closed.

While some Doctors provide home visiting services, they are often limited in the services they can provide. At our after hours medical centres, you can receive treatment for a broad range of minor illnesses and conditions when you need to, so you can feel better sooner.
