There is ample parking and, for added convenience, the clinic is open on Saturday mornings from 8:30am. You’ll find us in the middle of the complex carpark alongside Subway and Gloria Jeans Cafe.

Recalls and reminders
It is best practice to operate a recall system for abnormal results for pathology, radiology or specialist. Your local SmartClinics has a recall system in place and we ask for your understanding and acceptance of this policy. If necessary, you will be contacted by one of our Doctors, Nursing Sisters or Receptionists – by letter, phone or SMS – usually to make an appointment concerning these results.

We are a private billing medical practice and appreciate full payment of fees on the day of consultation. We use Medicare online so the Medicare rebate should be back into your nominated account within 48 hours OR we refund via TYRO straight back onto your savings card.
Cancellation Policy
This medical centre has a 24-hour minimum cancellation policy for all appointments. If you fail to give 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a fee of $75.00 out of pocket.
This fee is an out of pocket expense and you are unable to receive a rebate from Medicare or private health funds. We understand that there are times when you might miss an appointment and will be unable to call due to an unforeseen emergency. In this circumstance the fee will be waived.
We have implemented this policy in order to provide the best service to our patients. We need to be mindful of the time the health professional has set aside for you. For instance, when you do not call and cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from receiving much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule an appointment for you due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. Please understand that the intent of the policy is to aid us in offering a high standard of care to you our patients and that this policy is in place to help us achieve that goal. We value you as a patient and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Release of Records
Records will be released after receiving signed consent from the patient. A full set of records do possess an administration fee. There are no charges for a Health Summary however if you are requesting access to additional information where the volume of information we hold is large, we may charge a reasonable administration fee (including fees for photocopying).
